Behind the scenes . . .
There's a lot that goes on behind the scenes - I really had NO idea! We've had to submit several things to the County - thankfully this seemed to be Chuck's expertise! We also had to begin the plans for the house - they are now finished and off to the architect. We had to go before the Variance Board to put the 5 lots on the 8 acres. That went very smoothly but was a bit nerve wracking! So now we wait for some other paper work to come back from the County and the plans to get back from the architect and we're off to the races!!
