The Friday before Spring Break (4.3.09) was the boys' spring parties. We have been so blessed this year with great classes and fabulous teachers. It was a fun way to welcome in a week off to celebrate with a party! The only tricky part is the parties for the whole school are always all at the same time ... pretty exhausting for parents with multiple children at the school. Thankfully Bowdie came, so we divided and conquered! Jarrett's class did a slumber party theme and Blaine's class did a gardening theme. The kids had a blast and we thoroughly enjoyed watching them 'party'!
This is Blaine-o's sweet class ...they had read a Fancy Nancy book that day and made crowns with Fancy Words on them ... so cute!
Blaine being silly in his p.j.'s - it was also the rescheduled date for Read Across America Day (it snowed on the original date in March)
Some more of Blaine's sweet class ...
Jacob is so wonderful - he found Mrs. Nevius' train tub and starting building - he was perfectly content!
Here's Jarrett's slumber party cake - his room mom made it and I thought it was so cute!
Jarrett enjoying the yummy snacks!
Here are some girls from J's class signing their pillow - the room mom had ordered this little pillows and had the kids' names and the teacher's name stitched on them - adorable!
Jarrett walking around signing everyone's pillow ....
Some of Jarrett's sweet class ... such good memories!
