Blaine played his first baseball game today.
The ortho reluctantly released him on Wednesday.
Unfortunately, we missed it, as we were in Wake Forest
at our friend's wedding.
He still has to be careful ...
the fear now is an injury to his ankle ...
it is majorly weak from being in the boot for 4 weeks.
He did GREAT in his game ...
he struck out his first at bat,
then hit a double his 2nd at bat.
We ended up tying a game that we were majorly behind in
the entire time!
Go Nats!
This pic is from Blaine's 2nd game back ...
we were ahead by quite a few runs,
it was the last inning,
so Bowdie let Blaine pitch & Jarrett catch ...
pretty cool!
