Bowdie got a text from our friends, Ben and Amy,
inviting us up to Charlotte for a weekend of visiting
and then catching a Panthers' game on Sunday.
What a treat!!
Our schedule just wouldn't allow us to go for the whole weekend (bummer!)
but we did make a day trip of it.
It was a great day of visiting,
watching Ben play some football,
and visiting some more ...
we didn't get back home until about 2 a.m.!
Thank you Hartsocks ... we had a wonderful time.
While we love watching football,
we sure will be glad when yall are here with us full time! :)

Love this girl -
she is her hubby's #1 fan,
has the best attitude about moving around to different cities,
is a wonderful mommy to their 2 girls,
can cook like nobody's business,
and has a servant's heart wherever she is.
She's a gem!!
The boys all toured the locker room after the game.
They loved it -
Ben and another player, Steve Smith,
even gave them some pretty cool receiver gloves.
They have definitely allowed the boys to step up their
football games in the 'hood! ;)

it was quite large, but not too terribly wiggly
