Family Pics '13

This always stresses me out a bit.

I like for us to have family pics each year for our Christmas card,

but it always seems like they end up looking the same.

Coordinating outfits ... check.

Haircuts ... check.

Prom poses ... check.

Boys not wanting to smile ... check.

Mom losing her temper ... check.

Just keeping it real folks.

We've had them made in our yard,

in our neighbor's yard,

across the street in the field,

on our front steps ...

you name it.

This year I was wanting something a bit different ...

something that represented our family and the stage we're in right now.

Since the boys seem to spend most of winter/spring/early summer in uniforms,

why not have our picture made in them!

Brilliant!

So a true 'team' picture it was this year.

My sweet, sweet friend Mandy has a mac-daddy camera

and the purest servant's heart ...

so she was more than happy to meet us in downtown Dacula to snap some shots.

She truly is a gem ... of the rarest kind!

I love how this shot captures the boys!

This is my favorite of the 3 boys & Bolt!

This is the pic we ended up using for Christmas cards ...
