Trick or Treat!

Our children are officially hooked.
They love trick or treating.
Or should I say, they love the candy that comes from trick or treating.

As seems to be the tradition now,
we headed out with the Warbingtons to a neighborhood
a stone's throw from our homes.

This year it was cold pretty chilly,
so us adults sat in the car and creeped along behind the kiddos
as they walked along the sidewalks and collected their goodies.

Lazy?  Yes.
Warm?  Yes.
Justified?  Yes!!

Jarrett's standard 'costume' ... baseball player.
Any opportunity this kid gets to put on baseball gear,
he jumps at it!
Here he's showing his multi-sport ability -
heisman-ish pose in said baseball uni.

Blaine's costume was a little trickier.
But thanks to some help from Real Simple,
he quickly became a 'fork in the road.'
Adorable!

And this one??
We had to splurge and get him the Captain America costume
he'd asked for.
I mean, is he a cutie or what??!

Aunt Beck was headed back to FLA,
but not before we snapped a quick pic.

And here's the loot -
the kids all p.j.'d up and then headed to the Warbington's basement
for a Swap Shop of candy.

This kid has inherited my organization OCD-ness.
Notice his candy piles.

Being a kid is just plain fun sometimes!!!
