17!

The years are flying by.

Seriously.

Bo and I celebrated our 17th anniversary by staying in Gainesville at my parents' lakehouse.

It was fantastic.

Gainesville is such a cute little town ...

yummy restaurants, especially on the square.

It's also close to the outlets in Dawsonville,

so a day of leisurely shopping took place.

There was resting and relaxing and just time to be away together.

So necessary!

And they have these private little cubbies that you can request.

It was fantastic!

going to another favorite:  Recess.

More casual that Scott's but just as yummy.

And in our yearly tradition, we had dinner out with our good friends Chuck & Stacey.

We tried out this restaurant in Flowery Branch ...

it was amazing!!

This was the BEST part of the meal - the fried green tomato appetizer.

Ridiculous!

I forgot to get a shot of my entree, but it was super yummy too.

Another wonderful year.
