So, the boys didn't play ball 24/7,
which meant that those not staying at the barracks had time to kill.
That was no problem at all.
We enjoyed checking out Cooperstown on Saturday morning.
Blaine was looking for baseball cards.
Jacob was just looking!

Several shops made bats and also engraved bats.
I sent this picture to Bowdie - the bat in the middle says 'Wonderboy' with a lightning bolt.
If you've seen the movie "The Natural" then you'll understand!
That's Bowdie's all time favorite movie.
Something else we did to kill time on Sunday was enjoy the lake.
We walked across the street and just took in the scenery.
Of course, that was way too boring for the boys,
so here's what they did instead ...
… just a little competition to see who could jump over the water the farthest.
If you don't have boys, you are missing out!!
