Super special gifts ...

Anyone that knows Jarrett knows he's a sports fanatic.

Seriously.

I'm constantly amazed at the amount of stats that brain can hold.

And names.

In all sports. 

Baseball.  

Football. 

Basketball.

He loves the Braves and the Rangers.

Especially Josh Hamilton.

He also loves the Gators.  (He's got great taste ...)

Especially former QB Tim Tebow.

So with his birthday rolling around, he received some

pretty special sports-related gifts.

Mr. Ben sent him his first 'early' gift. 

Since he's up in New York for football season, 

he was able to catch a Yankees game.

And when he went, he was able to be on the field

for batting practice.  

He 'just happened' to pick up one of the Yankee 

practice balls for J-man.  

And sent a super sweet note along with it ...

So thoughtful to think of Jarrett!  

His second sports-related gift came the weekend before his birthday.

From Aunt Becky.

Who loves sports just about as much as Jarrett does.

We were super cruel and made him wait until

the morning of his birthday to open it.

A football signed by Tim Tebow!!  Wowsers!

Aunt Beck emceed an event last spring where Tebow

was the keynote speaker.  

So, of course, she asked for an autograph!

Since he's a gift boy like me, 

both of these were super special to him.
