Published ...

Once the state testing was over in Jarrett's class,

they were able to do some fun, end-of-the-year things.

One of those was to write, edit and publish a book.

A real, hard back, bound book.

His sweet teacher purchased all the materials,

the class worked hard on their stories,

then they had an Author's Tea and invited

parents to come and read their published works!

Loads of effort with a big payoff.

Love it!

Had to include this sweet girl, Maddie.

Turns out, she and Jarrett got to be really good buddies this year.

This was kinda odd, since Jarrett normally ignores girls.

Upon further investigation, it turns out that little Ms. Maddie

is an extremely good athlete.

All sports.

Hard core.

Made perfect sense!
